Computer Tips
The Out of Office Assistant automatically replies to incoming messages while you are out of the office.
 
Go to the Inbox folder in the Folder List and click Out of Office Assistant... on the Tools menu.
Click I am currently Out of the Office and type in your AutoReply message.
Click OK when done.
A person sending multiple messages to you while you are out of office will only receive the AutoReply for the first e-mail to you.
To de-activate the Out of Office Assistant - Go to the Inbox folder in the Folder List and click Out of Office Assistant... on the Tools menu
Click I am currently In the Office.  Then click OK
