Susan, Thank you for all your hard work putting our cruise/hotel/insurance together for us. My name is Sabrina Lopez and I wanted to share some feedback with you on one of your employees. I've been coming to Cathy Swezey for the past 6 years for all of our travel needs from her time at Spears to AAA and back to Spears. Over the past 6 years, she has helped plan and coordinate everything for my family and I and we are so very thankful but why I'm writing today is because of my most recent experience with Cathy. My family and I had a trip booked from Sept 5-10 and sadly, I came down with COVID on Sept 4. I called Southwest Vacations since it was the weekend to cancel and sent a follow up email to Cathy. Cathy phoned them the day after the holiday to ensure everything was taken care of, confirmed our credits and when would receive them. Now we are trying to rebook and it appears Southwest Airlines had a "glitch" and didn't receive notification that we cancelled our flights until later on Sept 5 so they didn't believe credits were due (even though Southwest vacations confirmed that it was cancelled correctly and we would). Cathy has spent HOURS on the phone (has even worked late) trying to get the issue rectified for us. She has been in constant communication with me and her service has been nothing shy of top notch!! I am so very thankful for her going and above for us and I believe providing feedback is important and folks should be acknowledged for a job well done. :) Hi Gayla, We just wanted to thank you for helping us plan an amazing trip to Cabo. We leave tomorrow with many fun memories. Paradises was absolutely perfect. Thank you for steering us towards this resort and especially the Reserve. We took full advantage of the adult only lounge, pool and restaurant. You were so fun to work with and I enjoyed your enthusiasm for our trip. A funny story behind this picture....we had written on a piece of paper Thank you, Gayla! I was taking a picture of Stephen and Claire holding the paper when a man ran up all excited. “ Is it official?? Are you married??” He said. We laughed and actually felt bad telling him it wasn’t a marriage license and they were only brother and sister. Anyway, thank you again and again. I cannot thank you enough for all that you did
for us to make our trip the very best ever. The biggest surprise was
when Jennifer knocked on our door with sacks full of goodies for all.
They were very nice goodies such as blankets hats, etc. Then she asked
if I would walk with her to her office. She then gave me a gift bag of 9
bracelets for all to enjoy front row viewing the parade. I was so
shocked that when I got up out of my seat I promise I almost fell
backwards. I thanked her repeatedly. She said you need to thank Gayla
she was very insistent we take care of you guys. She did mention the
bracelets cost $1,000 a piece if purchased. My kids could not get down
there fast enough. I owe it all to you. You are so good to us Gayla. I mean that. Hope
your holiday was great. Because ours was!
PS Jennifer went way beyond to make us feel special.

I will never forget our family vacations that you were instrumental in making those happen. Not only happen, but your expertise and detail planning, made each trip, one of joy and ease. You are really good at what you do and on top of that, you are the nicest person to work with. This year my birthday falls on Sunday, and our small group at church will be coming to our home for a time of fellowship. Mike and I are turning the theme of our gathering into a Birthday Party for everyone, with cake and homemade ice cream, balloons, etc. We thank God for the many friends He has blessed us with, and we count you among them! To: Greg Spears Subject: Tom's Birthday Travel Greg, Thank you so much for transferring me to Gayla to make the arrangements for our birthday trip to Cancun. She is great!!! I can't believe that she was able to do in an hour what we have spent several stressful nights trying to figure out. Our main travel has been arranged through our work so we didn't know the importance of going through a Travel Agency. I can tell you that we will not be spending much time researching data on the internet now that we know how easy and convenient it is to go through your agency. Please tell Gayla how grateful and thankful I am that she was able to pull it all together for Tom's "big 60". His sisters are thrilled and I am so happy that he will have a birthday worth remembering. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate so that things will go off without a hitch. Thank you again. Just a note of thanks for the help I received Monday night when my flight was cancelled due to mechanical problems. I called your office and got immediate professional help and was able to change flights make connections and get home. Thank You for the service.

Dear Susan, Thank you for the excellent assistance you provided for the our Hawaii Cruise. Arlene and Richard Conover join Lalitha and I in complimenting you for making our trip a memorable event for all of us. The schedules, cruise, land trips, and the weather capped by our visit to Pearl Harbor on December 6th all worked out perfectly. Even the whales showed up even though it was before season.
