- EMPLOYEES ARE NOMINATED BY BRANCH MANAGERS.

 CRITERIA TO BE USED FOR NOMINATION

ALL EMPLOYEES - Nominees must possess these qualities.  Problem solving abilities demonstrated and ability to avoid problems.   Continuous personal development and training.  Good attendance and on time record for work.   Well organized and neat work areas.   Consistent good attitude toward internal and external  customers and demonstrate team spirit.    Demonstrate a personal commitment to the organization and to quality. 

Agent - Minimize mistakes (i.e. debit memos, exchange transactions, invoices, PNRs,and check requests.  Honor the Tuesday noon deadline for ARC report.   Good customer relations.  Good research skills.  Customer data base current and accurate.  (i.e. Stars, and Access)    Maintaining productivity level in line with revenue goals.   Attend vendor functions.    

Support Staff - Messages processed correctly and promptly.  Tickets assembled in a timely manner and accurately.  Awareness of potential problems with itineraries. Correct distribution of tickets and ARC documents.   Assist walk-ins efficiently.  Inform agents of tickets that need to be paid for or picked up.   

Accounting Staff - Checks correctly dispersed in a timely manner.   Accounts Payable  and receivable current and in order.   ARC reports processed accurately and on time. (i.e. all tickets and voids are accounted for, hand documents  and commissions checked.) Debit memos current.  Vendor information current.    

Sales / Customer Service - Resolve account problems in a timely manner.   Keep accounts receivable current.  Credit checks in a timely manner.   Provide customer service and sales training to agents and customers.  Provide professional proposals in a timely manner.  Conduct regular account surveys, and provide feedback to agents and management.   Negotiate contracts for accounts.
