Agent

Minimize mistakes (i.e. debit memos, exchange
transactions, invoices, PNRs,and check requests.
Honor the Tuesday noon deadline for ARC report.
Good customer relations.
Good research skills.
Customer data base current and accurate.

Maintaining
productivity level in line with revenue goals.
Attend vendor functions.
Support
Staff
- Messages processed correctly and promptly.
Tickets assembled in a timely manner and
accurately. Awareness
of potential problems with itineraries. Correct
distribution of tickets and ARC documents.
Assist walk-ins efficiently.
Inform agents of tickets that need to be paid for
or picked up.
Accounting
Staff
- Checks correctly dispersed in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable
and receivable current and in order.
ARC reports processed accurately and on time.
(i.e. all tickets and voids are accounted for, hand
documents and

- Resolve account problems in a timely manner.
