(Effective April 1, 2002)  Along with our premium service, set forth below is our new fee schedule: 

10% commission on base fare.  This is in place of a set fee.

Domestic Ticket minimum charge is $25.00  Maximum charge is $100.00

International Ticket minimum charge is $50.00  Maximum charge is $200.00

Menu of services charge:

Delivery Service            $5.00  (This does not apply to mailings)

Paper Tickets                $5.00  (No charge if there is no option of an e-ticket; ie, two most likely scenarios are, airline does not offer the option and if it is an international ticket)

Direct Bill                     $10.00 added on to each ticket commission charge ($35.00 commission earned from base price $349.33 plus $10.00.  We would charge $45.00 to issue the ticket)

Emergency Service      $20.00 each for call placed to our after-hours service

Exchanges                   $50.00  (This is in addition to whatever the airline charges)

Refunds                        No charge

Voids                            No charge 

We are confident that this will completely offset any service fee-related expenses we may charge. I have enclosed, for your perusal, a list of some of the other money-saving services we provide.
