POLICY - AGENT OF RECORD - Spears Travel
policy - The agent that initially closes the sale is the
agent of record for the booking and will receive credit
for the sale, any incentive that is earned, and also be
responsible for quality control of the booking. If other
agents are then involved in the handling of the
transactions, they will not receive credit or
incentives. They should notify the booking agent of any
changes to the record. The original PNR should always be
used for changes to the transaction if possible. Agents
should not add their agent sine to a record that already
has a Spears agent sine in it without permission from
the branch manager. Any questions or disputes should be
discussed with your branch manager.
